Non-essential amino-acids are those that the body can synthesis in adequate amounts to meet its need in the total amount of nitrogen supplied by protein is adequate.

Histidine, Isoleucine, Leucine, Lysine, Methionine, Phenylalanine, Threonine, Tryptophan, and Valine are the 9 essential amino acids.

We are designed as multi-dimensional beings to draw our sustenance and resources from the Unified Field of all potential and slide it down through the inner “doorway” to our 3-d realities. So keep expanding and reaching to the heavens for all that you need and breathe it down into your core – start feeling supported by the benevolent Universe.

Based on the tenets of the Law of Attraction, we live in an electro-magnetic force field, and we magnetize to us what we hold within our being. If we feel empty inside, we draw in more emptiness.
